It is situated in Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, and named Sri Eshwar Reddy College of Law, Tirupati. The institution was started as a constituent college in the year 2008. The courses it offers are in the field of law and are approved by the Bar Council of India. The college occupies a compact campus of 0.3673 acres, with a total student enrolment of 946 and a faculty strength of 31.

It has resolved to provide students with all necessary facilities, which can help make their learning processes easier. The library is well-stocked and air-conditioned, having a stock of 1,374 volumes and keeping open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. so that there could be ample chance to be involved in research and study. Sri Eshwar Reddy College of Law runs a total of three full-time courses, all of which are approved by the Bar Council of India. It has a total student intake of 480 in all its courses combined. Of these, LLB is the main course with maximum students with an intake of 300, the integrated BA LLB has an intake of 120; and another BA LLB—the BA LLB (Hons.) course—has 60 seats.

Sri Eshwar Reddy College of Law admitted students through the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test AP LAW-CET. This is an important entrance test and forms part of the selection process in which every course by the institute runs. The aspiring students have to clear the AP LAWCET for being eligible for admission in the said college. The college completes the admission process as per the schedule prescribed by the conducting authority of AP LAW-CET, usually yearly.
