The current study was conducted at Sri Sai Ram B.Ed. College located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh which is a teacher training college. This co-educational college was founded in 2015 and has been preparing student teachers for nearly ten years. It is an affiliated college that comes under a university so there are certain set forms of education that need to be followed to the letter. This is a full course which takes two years to complete with the purpose of preparing the students for teaching in elementary schools. The college has an approved capacity to offer this course to only fifty students, which means that it is a specializing institution. Another advantage with the college is that it has a relatively small student population of one-hundred and eighty-three students and a faculty of sixteen implying that the offer a small student per teacher ratio, this should enhance interaction and classroom experience.
