The institute is started by The Sri Sri Initiative in the year 2009. It was at Kanshiram Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. It was an affiliated Co-educational Integrated college. The college has an affiliation from the All India Council for Technical Education. The college offers engineering programs with a total enrolment of 46 students and the faculty strength is 40 inclusive of all experience levels.

Sri Sri Institute of Technology and Management offers four B.tech Programs: Electronics and Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Information Technology. Each of them is a full-time, regular course; all these four add up to 240 seats.
