Sri Svaminath Singh Surendra Mahavidyalay, Ballia, was established in the year 2005. It is a co-educational institution located in Dharmpur, Kazipur, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. This affiliated college offers a variety of academic courses in two different degree levels, viz., five in total. This compact 5-acre campus has the current enrolment of 811 students and a faculty strength of 10 members. 

Sri Svaminath Singh Surendra Mahavidyala has different facilities available for the needs of student learning. A well-stacked library acts as a knowledge centre that helps students by providing them with abundant academic resources. These hallmarks are also maintained at the departmental laboratories of the institution to provide hands-on practical learning experiences for students in different courses. In a quest to provide up-to-date education with state-of-the-art facilities, the importance of technology has been highly recognized by the college in regard to excellent IT infrastructure. In total, Sri Svaminath Singh Surendra Mahavidyalay offers five courses, of which all are full-time programmes. The courses offered include one undergraduate programme such as BA and four postgraduate programmes: MA in Home Science, Geography, Sociology, and Political Science. 

In all courses, the admission process at Sri Svaminath Singh Surendra Mahavidyalay is on a merit basis. The students are selected on the basis of performance in previous qualifying examinations.
