Specializations offered by the institute include Computer Science and Engineering (240 seats), Electronics and Communication Engineering (120 seats), Mechanical Engineering (60 seats), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (60 seats), and Civil Engineering (30 seats). The total fee for the B.Tech courses is approximately Rs. 240,000.

M.Tech: There are two M.Tech courses available in the institute: VLSI System Design and Computer Science and Engineering, both of 9 seats capacity. Selection is based on AP PGECET scores. Candidates having an appropriate B.E./B.Tech degree can apply.

Diplomas: SVIET has four diploma courses with an intake capacity of 240 seats in total. These include Diploma in Computer Science Engineering with 150 seats, Mechanical Engineering with 60 seats, Electronics and Communication Engineering with 60 seats, and Civil Engineering with 60 seats.
