Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology (SVCET) was started in the year 1999 and located at Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. One of the affiliated colleges for this university, recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), deals with the engineering and management courses. SVCET occupies a total of 27.28 acres of land and has a total strength of 1144 students and 127 faculty members. 13 courses are offered by the college in three degree programmes that include AI and Data Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, and so on.

The institute has 16 courses in total in which they provide both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. These include various full-time engineering programmes like B.E/B.Tech., BBA, ME/M.Tech, BCA, and an MBA courses. It has an overall approved annual student capacity of 1,114 students for all its courses, which shows the college’s very much capable of developing talents in different technical and management disciplines.

For engineering programmes, the college accepts CEETA-PG Exam Scores, among others, and this is an addendum to the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission Exam.
