Sri Vidya Mandir Arts and Science College was established in 2000 as an autonomous college in the Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu, India. Nairobi’s College is recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council NAAC and provides 32 courses in 10 degrees. Spread over 50 acres, the institute has a total of 3,927 students and 82 faculty members on board. A special emphasis on the programme focus of the college has been given, showing the students’ enrolment in UG courses as 78% and PG courses as 22%. With a student body comprising 2,039 male and 609 female students, the institute maintains a gender ratio of 4:1.

The college also has a well-equipped laboratory for all the departments of the college and a gym hall for the students.

They include 13 undergraduate offerings, 10 postgraduate offerings, 7 M.Phil. offerings and 3 Doctor of Philosophy offerings out of the 32 courses offered in the university. There are regular and slow tracks for learners in the college since the institution embraces different categories of students. Although the number approved for total intake by all courses has not been indicated, the college is currently accommodating 3,927 students, and of them 2,648 graduated in the latest academic year.
