St. Ann’s College of Education was founded in 1966, at secunderabad, Telangana is one of the prestigious educational institutions categorized under Autonomy. The government has accorded approval for the B.Ed. program admixture to only One Hundred students, while the admixture for M.Ed. program is 50. Both the courses neither last for more than two years and give the students a training in theory and practice in education. Because of the use of these specialized programs, the college is able to offer specialized study and get practical experience in the pedagogy. Following the pedagogy capacity of the school, St. Ann’s College of Education offers 150 seats for each program to nurture the future professionals of the region.

The admission process of the St. Ann’s College of Education is fairly selective and criteria used include the results of the candidate in their previous educational step. BEd applicants have to qualify the Education Common Entrance Test for that program and those who want to join BEd should have minimum 45% marks in the bachelor degree. The Osmania University conducts an entrance examination for the admission in M.Ed. programme of the university.
