St Wilfred's College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Mumbai is an affiliated college established in 2012 near Shedung Toll Plaza, Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses which differ according to various streams such as Arts, Commerce, and Science. It has a 25-acre campus with a total enrolment of 469 students and a faculty strength of 23.

St. Wilfred's College offers 11 courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. At undergraduate levels, it offers B.Sc., B.Sc. in Information Technology, B.Sc. The college provides the following courses under graduation categories: BCA, B. Sc. Computer Science, B.Com, B.Com. in Banking and Insurance, B.Com. in Accounts and Finance, BMS, and BA. Besides these, the college also runs post-graduate level courses as MSc Physics, MSc Chemistry, and MA in English. All of these courses are full-time.
