State Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Tirupati, is a land perplexed institution that was established in the year 2009. The facilities that are guaranteed to the students through State Institute of Hotel Management are: The institute has fully-fledged guest rooms and wait areas simulating star hotel ambience for hands-on training in bed making and room maintenance, services related to guests. There will also be a well-stocked library as the knowledge hub that would encourage students to widen their outlook on the hospitality industry. The IT infrastructure also covers a hub of central computer laboratory with 20 computers, all equipped with broadband internet and English language software, thus providing training in digital literacy as well as language skills in the hospitality industry. The three-year full-time course, BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, is the flagship program of SIHMCT.
