Founded in the year 1965, Sundarban Mahavidyalaya is a co-educational college situated in the district of South 24 Parganas in the state of West Bengal. It is an affiliated college, duly recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The college campus is spread out over 5.195 acres and has attracted nearly 5,120 students, with a proper gender ratio of 59% female and 41% male students.

The colleges are committed to providing a comprehensive learning environment equipped with modern facilities that shall foster the proper growth of the students both academically and personally.
