Sushant School of Art and Architecture was established in the year 1989 located in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a constituent college under Sushant University, Gurgaon. The institution offers undergraduate and graduate courses in Architecture and Design institution has the approval of the Council of Architecture.

Sushant School of Art and Architecture has an impressive array of facilities aimed at enriching the learning experience of its students. It has ultramodern laboratories on campus that provide students with practical experience in different aspects of architecture and design. The college library is a powerhouse of knowledge. It is SSAA that offers the best possible IT infrastructure, like Wi-Fi services available across the campus, to the students for connecting and corresponding across the globe effortlessly. The institute provides hostel facilities for boys and girls who need accommodation, which are available on-campus and off-campus, correspondingly. It also looks after the students properly with respect to other amenities in the form of proper sports facilities, a canteen, and a health centre equipped with first-aid services.

Sushant School of Art and Architecture offers seven courses under four degree programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The five-year B.Arch course is the flagship program with an approved intake of 80 students. At the postgraduate level, it offers various specialised Master of Architecture courses such as Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Heritage Conservation, and Interior Architecture. For more research-oriented students, SSAA also offers a Ph.D. course in Architecture. All these are full-time courses, which help one study intensively and focus on the subject matter. 

The admission in B.Arch is provided on the basis of performance in national-level entrance examinations such as JEE Main and NATA. These further test a person's aptitude for architecture and a candidate's ability in Mathematics, Drawing, etc. However, the admission criteria may be different in case of some postgraduate programs. For instance, in the M.Arch Architectural Heritage Conservation, there is the criterion of personal interviews while assessing candidates. Further, in the Ph.D. program in Architecture, the process is even more strict, wherein there happens to be an entrance test followed by an interview for the shortlisted candidates, while on the other hand, those qualified with GATE are exempted from the process of an entrance test.
