Swami Divyanand Polytechnic of Engineering, Mullana, was established in the year 2008 as affiliated college in Haryana, India. This co-educational institution is set out on a campus of 5 acres. The polytechnic strives to offer quality technical education. AICTE has granted this polytechnic approval for its conformity to national standards in technical education. This institute offers different types of diploma programs in the engineering field under 17 faculty members to meet varied expectations of the students seeking technical education.

The institute is fully facilitated for better learning experiences for its students. The college has separate hostels for boys and girls that provide comfort to the students to live in a healthy atmosphere with hygienic food, sterilised drinking water, and geyser facilities. The mainstay of books is the college library, which stocks more than 3,562 books covering all subjects. It provides the unique facility of a book bank through which students can draw textbooks for the whole semester. The Polytechnic has well-equipped Laboratories with adequate apparatus and testing materials to enable individual practical experience for each student for hands-on learning. Its IT infrastructure comprises fully air-conditioned Computer Laboratories with 66 internet-enabled computers that provide an ideal environment for project work and practice of various software applications.

Swami Divyanand Polytechnic of Engineering runs four diploma courses in different streams, each having an intake of 60 students. Some of these full-time, regular courses are Diploma in Computer Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Diploma in Civil Engineering.
