Swami Vivekanand Government College, Ghumarwin is another college established in 1994 for providing higher education to the Masses located at Kallri in Bilaspur Distt Himachal Pradesh. This affiliated college is spread over an area of 14.45 acre and has got accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council/NAAC. Currently the college has 3,289 students and faculty 44 it provides 15 courses in 9 degree programmes. Today Swami Vivekanand Government College of Master of Computer Application is offering a wide range of programmes which consists 15 Courses including undergraduate and postgraduate level. The course being offered come under the following faculties namely, Arts, Science, Commerce, & Computer Applications. Undergraduate programmes offered are B.Sc B.Com BA and BCA other programmes include BBA. The postgraduate programmes include M.Sc in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology; M.A. in English, Mathematics, and Political Science and M.Com The college also offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) for students wishing to develop computer skills.
