Swargiya Gulab Bai Yadav Smriti Shiksha Mahavidyalaya, Khargone, was started in the year 2002 as an affiliated college in Khargone, the city of Madhya Pradesh. The institute is affiliated with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located on 2.16 acres of land, the college provides two speciality education programmes, admitting 105 total students. This institute has a 19-member, strong faculty that are capable of imparting their knowledge because of the favourable student-faculty ratio. Our college, Swargiya Gulab Bai Yadav Smriti Shiksha Mahavidyalaya, is involved in imparting quality education in the field of teacher training at the bachelor as well as master level in education.

The college has a number of amenities to avail in order to supplement a student’s overall learning throughout college. The campus has student's hostels boy’s hostels and girl’s hostels, so all students who need accommodation can be well accommodated. adequately equipped library to provide the knowledge base wherein books, compiled within and outside the school, can be retrieved and used as references and/or textbooks. The college operates an open account system for book borrowing these books for a week at a go. The aforementioned psychology lab stands out, as it contains standardised tests, scales, and checklists that help B.Ed. as well as M.Ed. students with their research work.
