Swarup College of Education, Jaipur, supplied the shape of the future generation in 2008 because of its provision of the education system. Being affiliated, it is a co-educational college, which is located in Jaipur Chaksu and approved by NCTE for certification of teacher education. Located across 2 acres, the college has a total of 194 students and 32 members of faculties. Swarup College of Education only provides one type of specialisation programme since its main aim is to produce quality teachers in the country.

Particularly important is the fact that the college fosters a learning environment that is enhanced for student learning. It provides a number of provisions to support the learning and development of the young people being in its care. In order to facilitate out-of town students, the campus has provided two different hostel facilities for boys and girls. A library with a good collection of books is also found alongside memorandum knowledge as separate departmental laboratories. The college also maintains immaculate information technology resources, making the students aware of the improved technology in college learning. For overall development, Swarup College of Education contains provisions for sports and a gym. A cafeteria solves the student’s and staff’s food issues and a health centre with ailments available for students satisfies the college’s health needs.

Currently, Swarup College of Education provides only one full-time course in the B.ED. programme of approved duration. This two-year degree course admits 100 students, as per the college policy formulated to maintain the quality of students through the intakes that are offered. The B.Ed. programme aims at preparing students with the competencies to display in the modern world education systems.

Swarup College of Education also has the provision of admission through management control, which is subjected to the marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college may also use other methods of recruitment as defined by the state government, the UT administration, and the affiliated university. This makes it possible for qualified talents to get a chance of being trained to be teachers.
