Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you should definitely wait for the further cutoffs and cutoff list you have good chances of converting Symbiosis institute of design as your wait list is under 150 and usually movement is around 200-250 according to previous years it totally depends upon the cutoff movements you are advised to have patience and wait for the cutoff list.

Although there is no specific cut off of Savitribai Phule Pune University as the candidates are being called based on the score that they obtain in the entrance exam. Now based on the available data of the counselling of Computer Science Engineering branch, to ensure a seat into this particular branch the feasible score will be 100-120 or more. There is no fixed cut off however scoring marks like this would ensure better admission chances of yours.

As you mentioned that you would be providing your domicile certificate of Maharashtra then it is also prerequisite that you should have done your 10th and 12th from Maharashtra only then you can claim the home state quota.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
