HELLO,
YOUR QUESTION IS VERY UNCLEAR.
AND from what I get by your question, you donot need any experience to join in college only thing you need to have is that you must have qualified the examination through which they take admissions in that particular college.
eg-
clat,jee, neet etc
TAPMI Manipal, one of the most preferred management institutes in India, is likely to open its admission process for PGDM 2020-22 batch in the second week of November 2019. TAPMI has announced to accept scores of CAT 2019, XAT 2020 and GMAT for PGDM admission 2020. The deadline to apply for admission at TAPMI is expected to close in second week of January 2020.
Hope you find it helpful
let me know in the comment box if you are having any further doubts
thanks
Good Luck!
TAPMI has a very good reputation in market, the quality of education and the quality of students is much better than IMT G.
But the negative point of both the reputed colleges is the no. of students per batch. Before taking a final call, please visit websites of these colleges and read the placement reports provided by NIRF.
Good luck!
Hello Akaanksha. Both KJ SIMSR and TAPMI are almost at par with each other, with an edge for SIMSR in terms of its location. For SIMSR, its core is the best, while remaining courses do not add up to its name. The same goes out for TAPMI as well.Hence when you compare a SIMSR FS with TAPMI core, I would say TAPMI core is a better call.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
Hello Simran. Well, first of all, FORE is not comparable to TAPMI or IMT-G with all due respect. The DCP in IMT-G does have a lot cons as compared to other on-campus programs. Moreover, you will not receive much exposure in the Dubai campus in the first year. Cut to second year, and the placement season begins in Ghaziabad as soon as you come. So, you will not have any time to adjust with your curriculum, your PDP programs, etc. On hindsight, there are very good faculties of both operations and marketing in IMT-G.
Coming to TAPMI, it is quite decent b-school for marketing with good faculties and a structured peer learning. When you compare both the colleges, all the courses of IMT-G are better than TAPMI except the DCP program, thanks to the unstructured program.
All the best.

Hi Miliind!
This is quite a comparison you've made here because both the b-schools have a significant presence among the top b-schools in the country. Both have almost similar specs if you go by the placements and infrastructure but the only difference comes in location and the fees. though it is not advisable to answer the question only based on placements it becomes rather important to consider other factors as well.
If you're specifically talking about finance, then both the colleges stand a fair chance given that they both have splendid faculty and also the recruiters who walk in are rather similar. The return on investment can also be a factor but you can consider the following points before making a decision.
K J Somaiya
TAPMI
There is no particular difference within the specialization but you could connect to the alumni on Linkedin so that you get a better picture of what happens within the college and how they fare after they pass out.
Good luck!
Hello Karthik,
It is the way the college authorities have taken a decision. We won't know the reason why a college accepts scores from a certain exam and why it does not accept scores from another exam. Administration body of a college is concerned to take such decisions and they are not answerable to anyone.
For your knowledge, they accept the scores of exams like CAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, and XAT. So you can think about appearing for those exams as well.
College has excellent infrastructure even back in the day (2016). And it has only gotten better. All classrooms are air conditioned, staged seating, audio loud speaker setup, wifi, projectors setup. And all classrooms are kept clean and well maintained.
The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are two main computer labs and a few other computer rooms. The library timings are from 9 am to 4 am. There are five hostel blocks, i.e., three boys and two girls hostels. There is a centralised free laundry service.
It is located in a very beautiful place and has a lot of greenery all over inside and outside of college. The college is always kept very clean and the neatness increases the beauty of the college. There is WiFi provision and library which is highly accessible.
