Tagore Adarsh PG College Jaipur, established in 2004, is one of the affiliated colleges in the pink city of India, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This university has a small area of land of 0.22956 acres, which is located in the vicinity of Sector-7 Shipra Path, opposite to Tagore Hospital in Mansarovar. As for now, the college has a total of 138 students and is graced with a team of 20 loyal and hard-working faculty members. This college provides four courses in total, via two different forms of degrees, in Commerce and Science disciplines at the undergraduate level. Due to its good noble cause of imparting quality education, the college intends to produce the next generation of professionals in their respective areas.

The college boasts a number of amenities that would make the learning experience of students even better. The nucleus of any academic is a good library and is like a beacon of light. It has a good library of books and journals, including section-wise books, reference books, text books, and magazines; a reading hall. It has laboratory facilities as part of its infrastructure that can be regarded as examples of modern trends: the college has equipped many laboratories for practical studies. These include a tissue culture lab, biochemical and chemical labs, a PCR lab, and a physical lab that assists students to cultivate scientific research and analytical skills.

At present, Tagore Adarsh PG College is offering a total of four full-time undergrad courses to fulfil the requirements of various stream-orientated students. Total student intake of the college is 138 in all combinations of the programmes offered by the college. The courses that include are B.Com with sixty students intake, B.Sc. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with thirty students intake, B.Sc. Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology with thirty students intake, and B.Sc. Biotechnology with thirty students intake. All these programmes are three-year full-time programmes during which students are equipped with adequate knowledge and skills in their respective fields.

Like most potential colleges and universities, the admission process that students have to go through at Tagore Adarsh PG College is as easy as possible. Although the steps followed towards admission are not clearly described, gravity tells us that the academic result in the qualifying examination (10+2) or its equivalent is taken seriously in affiliated colleges in determining the admission of a candidate.
