Tagore College of Education, Siwani was established in the sector in 2008 and is an affiliated college in Bhiwani, Haryana. The co-educational institute, sprawling over 3 acres of campus, aims at chiseling out the future of budding educators. This institute has already gained its approval from the National Council for Teacher Education and offers three specialized courses in the sphere of education. The intake of the Tagore College of Education is 416 students, while the faculty strength is 23 members. It provides academically congenial atmosphere to those who aspire for the teaching profession.

The facilities in the college are numerous, modern, and intended to afford congenial conditions to students during the learning process. The library is well-managed and forms the nucleus of academic resources with a vast collection of 17,592 books. Besides these, it subscribes to a number of national and international journals. The library is sufficient for quietness in studies regarding courses as well as personal growth. The college provided state-of-the-art labs for practical work. One such is the ICT Lab fitted with 40 computers, printers, and scanners, having furnished facilities for digital learning and research. The science laboratory is well equipped with apparatus relating to equipment needed for conducting experiments at the school level. Psychology laboratories provide ample tests and tools for measuring aspects of intelligence, personality, and creativity. And there is also a multi-purpose seminar-cum-exhibition hall that can house up to 300 seats for any kind of academic event and competition.

Tagore College of Education is running three full-time courses in the field of education. The courses offered in Tagore College of Education are Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Master of Education (M.Ed), and Diploma in Education (D.Ed.). The flagship course is B.Ed. Course, for which the intake has been approved with an intake of 200 seats.

Merit-based admission may be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and or Entrance Examination, as framed by the college from time to time. It follows the admission policy prescribed by the State Government of Haryana, UT Administration, and the affiliated university. Admission to B.Ed. will be done according to a merit list prepared from the qualifying examination scores or entrance test results, whichever applicable, following the state and university guidelines. Admission to M.Ed and D.Ed courses is also given on the basis of merit, as observed under policies laid down by the state government and concerned education authorities.
