College: Pettigrew College, Ukhrul Date of Establishment: 1965 Affiliated to: Manipur University, Canchipur Campus: Ukhrul, Manipur. It is an institution of learning with an underpart offering undergraduate programmes and its campus occupies an area of 26 acreage. Having a total student enrolment of 522 students and a teaching staff of 29 members, Pettigrew College is designed to give proper attention to each one. The college offers two undergraduate degree programmes: Full time three years programmes being Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). The student body comprises 392 male and 363 female students, reflecting a balanced gender ratio of 2:1.

The facilities available in Pettigrew College are developed to improve the quality of student lives. A campus has a well stocked library to ensure that the students have reading material in their areas of study. Science students for instance get practical lesson in teachnique in their respective departmental laboratories.
