Technical Education and Research Institute Post Graduate College, or TERI, was established in 1994 and is an affiliated college in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. It has a campus of 2.5 acres, is AICTE-approved, and offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. As of now, the institute has a total enrolment of 146 students with a faculty strength of 11. It offers four different courses in the fields of management, computer applications, and business administration. Being a co-educational institute allows TERI to admit students from all walks of life and thus offers an environment of diversity.

The facilities provided at Technical Education and Research Institute are numerous and trend towards enhancing the overall student experience. Separate hostels for boys and girls can accommodate 200 and 50 students respectively. These residential facilities offer comfortable, well-furnished rooms, available 24×7 with a supply of water and electricity, coupled with common rooms having T.V. sets and various indoor games. On-campus, a fully functional sports complex with provisions for playing football, hockey, cricket, and athletics. The library, 2000 sq. ft. in space, holds a collection of about 10,000 books, 100 national and international periodicals, and a digital section linked with various online resources. The Institute also has three fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art computer laboratories with 120 high-end systems, which provide students with the latest hardware and software for practical training.

TERI offers four full-time courses in total. The institution offers two postgraduate programmes: the first one in the form of a Master of Business Administration and the other in the form of a Master of Computer Applications. It also offers two undergraduate level programmes: a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Computer Application. The approved intake of students for the two postgraduate courses of MBA and MCA is 60 and 30 respectively, and concerning BBA and BCA, the intake is not specified. The institute nurtures students to be educated in quality management and computer applications so that they get successful careers in their respective fields.

The admission process at TERI is different according to courses. For the MBA and MCA courses, admission takes place through the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination conducted by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (APJAKTU), formerly known as UPTU. The test is followed by UPSEE scores and then counseling for admission. Also, 15% of the seats are reserved under the management quota; admissions to this quota are made based on graduation marks and scores in national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT, followed by a personal interview. The BBA and BCA programmes have college-level entrance tests. Right from the CAT, MAT, XAT, and CMAT to others, the TERI accepts scores of almost all national-level entrance examinations, easing admission into its programs for aspirant students across different backgrounds. Scholarship details per se have not been given, but the institute does offer a range of scholarship options that help in continuing academic pursuits.
