The Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Law and Legal Studies was established in 2010 as the constituent college of Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is a co-educational institution approved by the Bar Council of India. The institution offers various courses in the field of law. This institution has been situated at National Highway 24, Delhi Road, and is under the ambit of Teerthanker Mahaveer University. This institution is said to have a faculty strength of 15 members and offers an excellent atmosphere for pursuing legal education at its best. 

The institution has available most facilities that help students in the pursuit of their studies and all-round development. A well-stacked library of more than 160,000 books covering different disciplines, with constant addition to the latest developments in Law and allied subjects; this State-of-the-art auditorium accommodates 550 audiences with ultra-modern acoustics and digital projection facilities and is most suited for smoothly conducting debates, cultural programs, and gatherings. The university has separate boys' and girls' hostels that can accommodate a total of 4,600 students for their accommodation.

The Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Law and Legal Studies imparts a total of five full-time courses. Among these, there are three integrated five-year courses. BA LLB Hons, BBA LLB Hons, and B.Com LLB Hons, each with an approved intake of 120 students. Also offered is Ph.D. Law and LLM. The total approved intake for the undergraduate integrated law programs is 360 students.

The admission process at Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Law and Legal Studies is based, inter-alia, on merit. For the integrated law programs, admissions are made based on the rank in the Common Law Admission Test for BA LLB Hons, BBA LLB Hons, and B.Com LLB Hons. Alternatively, it may consider the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination. The college accepts CLAT scores for such programs, and thus, it is very famous among the law aspirants.
