Tetso College, Which was started in the year 1994, is one of the well known institution located at Dimapur, Nagaland. This affiliated college on one of its sprawling 11.5 acres land has been established and pushing forward the frontiers of higher education. Approved by NAAC, Tetso College has a wide spectrum of 17 courses through 7 degree programmes. With a total enrolment of 1910 students and faculty strength of 64, the college follows a good students’ teacher ratio. It has 96% student strength undergraduates and 4% postgraduates Most of the students are male – 52% while females are at 48%.

Tetso College, therefore, employs a host of modern teaching facilities to ensure the best learning environment for its students. The college library, which is the college’s principal information centre, has been computerised and has a comfortable air-conditioned reading room. The college also has an event and seminar auditorium as well as departmental practical laboratories, a gym facility for students interested in sports and exercises. All courses are on full-time basis and gives students intensive and practical knowledge on their areas of specialisation. The total students’ intake capacity is 1, 238 and the college has adopted the policy of offering quality education through practicing small classes sizes.
