Prof. Christian Terwiesch, Prof. Amol S. Navathe, Prof. David A. Asch, Prof. Roy Rosin, and Prof. Kevin Volpp established the Health Care Innovation online certification, which is offered by the University of Pennsylvania in collaboration with Coursera. The Health Care Innovation online course has been designed to provide applicants with a practical understanding of the theoretical frameworks of behavioral economics and operations management in the healthcare system, as well as to assist applicants in applying these architectures to analyze nursing practices and apply innovation while dealing with risks.

Health Care Innovation online classes emphasize the fundamental economic theories underlying health care innovation as well as how to enhance someone's clinical experience or institution. Applicants will also explore the appropriate techniques for evaluating somebody's effectiveness of various practices, with remarkable success cases to demonstrate the concepts in reality. By the end of this course, applicants will have enhanced their abilities in improving health care management activities and will be able to develop the correct set of assessments and concerns to measure improvement innovative approaches inside their company.
