Eligibility Criteria

There are no eligibility criteria for participating in the Management Development Program except that the candidate must be fluent in English. 

To be eligible for the Management Development certificate, the candidate must complete the Capstone project and also cover 80% of the required activities in the program curriculum to pass.

1: Do I have to quit my employment to pursue this course?

The Management Development program has flexible learning options so that you can balance work with your studies. You can go through the recorded lectures and complete the course at your own pace. So, you will not have to leave your job to pursue this course.

2: Is it compulsory to attend the 3-day on-campus event?

It is not compulsory to attend Wharton’s on-campus event. However, if you do attend it, you will interact with your reputed faculty and high-achieving peers from across the globe. Additionally, you will be able to participate in a half-day on career planning.

3: Do I need to have prior work experience to be eligible?

No eligibility criteria as such are mentioned for the Management Development program by Wharton. You only need to be fluent in English to participate in the course. 

4: Will I receive a certificate after I complete this course?
