Specialization in Culinary Arts deal with the science and the art of cooking; preparation of the food, and presentation of food are also included. Those who specialize in Culinary Arts, work in star hotels, resorts and restaurants and are called chefs or cooks. Many different aspects of food are studied by the students who pursue culinary arts.


Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has passed the two years of Science Pre-University Examination conducted by the Pre- University Education Board in the State of Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent with minimum 50% marks is eligible for admission to this programme.
