Thiru A Govindasamy Government Arts College, Tindivanam, analysed in this research, is an affiliated college established in 1969 in Tindivanam, Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu, India. This government institution is one of the largest and sprawls over 31 acres of land and provides a vast number of academic programmes. The college offers 35 courses in 9 degree programmes; specialisations include arts, sciences, and commerce at undergraduate, graduate, masters, and doctoral levels, and currently the college has 4372 students and 43 faculty members.
