Being an affiliated college, Times Shiksha Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 2017 and is located in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. This co educational institution situated at 2 acres of land is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college has two integrated teacher education programmes alone in which total intake of students is 327. The faculty strength at Times Shiksha Mahavidyalaya is 15, these duly trained and experienced faculty members allow the college to provide quality education to its each and every student. It is for this reason that the institution has and continues to develop a variety of quality facilities for its students as well as strive to maintain the development of the total student in all aspects.

Times Shiksha Mahavidyalaya has made available a number of facility that acts as a support to the learning process.
