College of Toshniwal Arts, Commerce, and Science was established in 1993 at Sengaon in Hingoli District in the Indian state of Maharashtra. This is a NAAC accredited affiliated college that conducts a variety of programs in undergraduate and postgraduate studies with various streams such as arts, commerce, and science. Toshniwal College is located on a large sprawling 10-acre campus. The college has a total strength of 860 students and a faculty of 34 committed teachers. Providing a comprehensive education to students, Toshniwal College offers 7 courses under the 6 degrees. 

The college strictly follows all guidelines to provide students with state-of-the-art facilities that upgrade the learning experiences. This campus is equipped with a modern library that has more than 15,000 books and 41 national and state-level journals offering an open access system for staff and senior college students. The Toshniwal Arts, Commerce and Science College provides the students with 7 courses within different streams. B.A, B.Com, B.Sc. are available as undergraduate full-time courses. For postgraduates, M.A comes in two streams of Marathi and Economics; M.Com has an added specialization in Banking and Insurance. Also, M.Sc is there in Botany. In total, the college accommodates 860 students that include both sexes divided into: 705 males and 285 females, with a gender ratio of 3:1.
