TRC Mahavidyalaya, Barabanki: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

TRC Mahavidyalaya, Barabanki, the year of establishment 2014 situated in Satrikh, Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad. This is an NCTE approved institution which proffers under graduate and diploma courses. TRC Mahavidyalaya has 299 students overall and 24 teacher staff, which creates solely an ideal gathering. The college offers three main courses: We offer B.Ed, D.El.Ed and BA to meet the needs of students who are pursuing a carrier in the field of education and arts. Although specific rank detail may not be available information, approval of the college with NCTE means lot of focus on maintaining the standard of education especially in the teacher training programmes. 

The campus of TRC Mahavidyalaya has various facilities for better learning in all their respective fields. The college has a collection of four thousand, nine hundred and twenty five textbooks in the college library to meet the students’ needs. Regarding extra curricula activities and functions the college possess an auditorium for seminars, cultural programmes and other functions. The institution also has department based laboratory so as to ease practical exercises which are important in the learning process of the students. Students interested in sports can take advantage of the college’s sports grounds to keep fit and build team spirit. A health centre to provide first aid need for the students who attend the campus is added advantage. Moreover, there are facilities such as gym for exercise freaks, well equipped IT enabled facilities for the technical sensibilities, cafeteria and airy classrooms for the convenience of the learners.

In detail, TRC Mahavidyalaya provides its learners with three full-fledged courses offered in different faculties. The B.Ed programme takes two years and must enrol 100 students, while D.El.Ed also takes two academic years and has a capacity of admitting 50 students. It also has a three-year BA programme , but no approved intake for this course has been established. All these programmes are presented full-time, which allows students, enroled in, to get education and training at an appropriate level. The total carry capacity from all the courses offered stands at 299, thus proving the fact that the college is capable of taking in a massive number of students every year in order to offer quality education to them.

The admission procedure in TRC Mahavidyalaya differs course to course. The B.Ed programme has also special considerations for admission based on merit these may include marks obtained in a qualifying exam and/or an entrance exam in accordance to state government and university rules. Likewise, admission in D.EL.ED is strictly merit based consideration of qualification examination marks and/ or entrance examination as per the norms of state government or UT administration. Basically, the BA programme has no prerequisites, and the admission considers the performance of the applicant in the previous qualifying examinations. The management of TRC Mahavidyalaya focuses on delivering quality education in teacher training and arts being one of the few College in Barabanki worth considering.
