TRS College of Education and Technology, Kaushambi: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

TRS College of Education and Technology was established in 2014. TRSCE&T is co-educational and located in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh. This NCTE-approved affiliated college is specifically for teacher education. The college campus is on a small 0.4 acre of land, having an enrolment strength of 161 students and 13 dedicated educators.

Being specifically designed as a teaching training college, the TRS College of Education and Technology  meets out various facilities for its student to make the learning process fruitful. Students from this field can utilise the sports facility of the college and maintain both physical fitness and academic interest simultaneously. A well-stocked library is a hub of knowledge, so it gives students material that will back them up in their academic pursuit. The departmental laboratories also offer the college a chance for practical learning. For modern education, TRS College has good IT infrastructure. Student health and well being are also looked after in a health center with first aid facilities along with a canteen, serving food to both staff and students, which has a tie-in for creating community in the campus.

TRS College of Education and Technology presently has only one full-time course, B.Ed. programme, a two-year course which gets ready novice teacher enthusiasts for practice teaching. The 100 sanctioned strength B.Ed course at the TRS College is planned to be designed to provide intensive training in educational theory and practice. As it revolves around one speciality course, there has been a lot of effort to produce quality teacher education.

It is totally merit based. Selection criteria are quality performances in the qualifying examination and state level Joint Entrance Examination. It goes as per the norms of the State Government and the affiliated university.
