UK College of Elementary Teacher Education, Ranga Reddy: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

UK College of Elementary Teacher Education is an independent college established in Ranga Reddy, Telangana and aims at creating future education professionals. This is a co educational institution that was started in 2012, and in over a decade, it has been preparing teaching professionals. Recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, the college provides two additional educational courses. Located on a fairly small piece of ground (7.15 acre) the institute is currently admitted to having a 45 student intake and teaching staff of 8 faculty members. Flexibility of the college to qualitative learning is evident by a focused effort in the training of teachers. 

The institute paid emphasis on the production of infrastructure required for the improvement of study of institute learners. The very core of any academic facility is a large library with numerous sections filled with the number of titles, volumes, and references available to support education. UK College of Elementary Teacher Education provides two full time courses for other levels of teacher education. The B.Ed program has an intake capacity of 100 seats and the D.El.Ed program has the sanctioned strength of 50 seats. The length of both programmes is two years and will afford the students professional training in educational theory and practice. The emphasis on these two core programs offers an opportunity to give special attention to training teachers-candidates for the realties of the present day school.

At UK College of Elementary Teacher Education, admission is done based on merit, in an effort to provide quality education. While the students are admitted into the B.Ed programme and the D.El.Ed programme depending on the score in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test. This college follows the admission policies of state government of Telangana and the university to which the college is affiliated.
