The Universal Institute Of Pharmacy was established in 2017 by the H S Seva Trust. It is located in the village of Rajpuri Nawada in the district of Bareilly. The trust is successfully overseeing the operation of the Universal Institute of Pharmacy and it was established in 2017. The college is recognised and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 

The college aims to provide quality and well-rounded education to the students of the college. Universal Institute Of Pharmacy courses are offered at the diploma and undergraduate levels. UIP Bareilly courses include D.Pharma and B.Pharma programmes. Universal Institute Of Pharmacy admission into the courses is given according to the eligibility norms prescribed by the university. Aspirants are offered Universal Institute Of Pharmacy admissions based on merit in the qualifying examination.

The institute is affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University, Lucknow.
