Closing ranks for UIET KUK in CSE was 86950 in All India, General Category and 123528 OBC Rank but only for Home State. Which means that getting CSE in UIET KUK is a little difficult for you.

Closing ranks for DCRUST was 63607 in All India, Gen Category and 76274 in OBC Home State. Unfortunately, CSE in both of the colleges might not be possible

hope you are doing well and safe . As per your query , I would glad to inform you that UIET rohtak is very option to persue btech in . It is under state uiversity of MDU which is government obivously . It is the best college of harayana with most dedicated student and qualified faculitites . Coding culutre has been improved in recent year . Almost 70 percent of students get placed with an average package of 3 lakhs and highest went upto  13 lakhs

You can only get a seat in UIET during the physical rounds of counselling. It all depends upon the availability of vacant seats , whether you will get ECE, MECHANICAL or BIOTECHNOLOGY . Being myself a student of UIET , KUK , I would suggest you to participate actively in physical rounds of counselling.
