University School of Mass Communication (USMC), New Delhi is one of the constituent college of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which came into existence in 2010. This is a co-educational institution which is located in Sector-16C, Dwarka and focus on Mass communication programmes. However, it is still quite young and has set its roots firmly within a decade, and yield meaningful result becoming the well-established contributor in the sphere of media education. The school offers two degree programmes: aimed at the needs of the modern mass media industry, the programme offer Master of Mass Communication and Master of Philosophy in Mass Communication respectively as well as Doctor of Philosophy in Mass Communication. The MMC programme must have a broad ranging curriculum for students interested in various media fields such as journalism, advertising, public relations and new media.
