Usmani Degree College, Lakhimpur Kheri, was established during the year 2010 in Uttar Pradesh under this affiliated college. With campus spread over a compact area of 2.58 acres, the institution has been striving for excellence ever since its establishment. The NCTE-accredited institution offers 7 courses in 6-degree programs. The college has a proper learning environment with the total student enrolment being 1,134 and a faculty strength of 16. It specializes in Commerce, Education, and Arts as well as in the Teacher Training category while maintaining facilities for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

A number of facilities are provided by Usmani Degree College that enriches learning at the institute. The college has fully equipped laboratories, especially for the students who want to pursue technical subjects. Of the total 7 courses offered, options are full-time in the areas of Commerce (B.Com and M.Com), Education (B.Ed and D.El.Ed), Arts (BA), and specialized Masters in the respective subjects of Sociology and Urdu. The total intake, as approved, for the B.Ed program is 50, available in options of 100 seats for the D.El.Ed program.

The admission procedure in Usmani Degree College is different for different courses. Admission for programs like B.Ed and D.El.Ed is on merit basis, including marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college adheres to the policies of the state government, UT administration, and affiliated university on ad-hoc admissions.
