Utkarsh College of Management Education, Bareilly, was established in 2012 and is an affiliated college situated in Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a co-educational institution located in 8.5km Rampur Road and chartered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college occupies a compact area of 1.32 acres of land and thus provides an appropriate setting for learning to its students. This college has a total strength of 67 students and out of which 9 of them are members of the faculty which allows the college to provide the best attention to each students and quality education in the field of management.

Utkarsh College of Management Education is equipped with many facilities to help in improving the outlook on students’ campus life. As a scholarly institution, it acts as an information base, a store of information that tors can use for their studies. In an attempt to modernise with the current society needs, Utkarsh College has settle for good information technology which will enable students to access good technology for the college. The college continues to do so it also has well equipped laboratories to facilitate practical lessons. Facilities for games and sports provide avenues for multispecialitied development and students have opportunities to exhibit personal and group strength and discipline. One event centre here on the compounds is an auditorium of which offers a ground for major events, seminars and other noble courses that improve the intellect and culture of the users. The college cafeteria is multipurpose and is used to facilitate the students and the members of staff to interact hence enhancing the college’s vitality. 

Utkarsh College of Management Education has a well defined vision to provide quality management education being in its first year of MBA programme. As a full-time course, the programme spans across two years with the objective of preparing students to fit the competitive world of businesses. The MBA programme of the college has 60 seats which gives enough chance for all the budding managers to realise their goals. Though the present college awards only one degree programme, it shows a tendency towards specialising and providing profound studies in the sphere of management.
