It is affiliated and came into existence in 2004 situated at Garhmukteshwer, Uttar Pradesh known as Vedant College of Education, Hapur. This is a co-educational college with a network of 4.9791 acres to educate future teachers. Recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college presents two full-time degree courses in education stream. The college has total student intake capacity of 227 and even the faculty strength is 11 which make Vedant College of Education a sensitive institute for the education aspiring teachers. The B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is a professional course for those students who want to under take teaching profession and the B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education) is a professional course for those students who want to take up physical education and sports science. The B.P.Ed programme has an approved intake of 100 students to support the capacity of the college in delivering quality education in the given course. It is nevertheless important to note that the intake in the B.Ed programme is not clearly stated but since the college has a total intake of 227 students then this course; undoubtedly, has been allocated a good amount of resources too. They are designed in a manner that allow the participating students to be prepared for their future profession of teachers.
