Application Process

Application process for VIMT's B.Tech courses includes the following steps:

1. Give the JEE Main test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

2. Get registered for the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) counseling procedure after the announcement of the JEE Main results.

3. Complete the online application form for VIMT via the UPSEE counseling portal.

4. Upload the following documents:

• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• JEE Main score card
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile certificate (for UP state quota)
• Fresh passport size photo
• Digital signature

5. Pay counselling application fee as indicated on the counselling portal.

6. Opt for VIMT and most desired B.Tech courses while counselling.

7. On allocation of seat, report to VIMT at the time within the time duration for document verification and confirmation of admission.

8. Pay the admission fee if required to validate the seat.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: Four B.Tech programs with 240 seats are offered by VIMT. Admission to these programs is determined by the JEE Main ranking of the candidate. The programs and seat allotment are given below:

1. B.Tech in Information Technology (60 seats)
2. B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (60 seats)
3. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (60 seats)
4. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (60 seats)

Applicants should have passed their 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects and should be qualified in the JEE Main test to be eligible for these courses.
