The Veerashaiva College, Ballari has its root in the year 1945 located at Ballari, Karnataka. This affiliated college was established in 2009 and occupies considerable area of 39.39 acres; it is NAAC accredited. Thirty eight percent of the college comprises students with a total enrolment of 1,872 while the faculty consists of 16 members, the college provides twenty three different courses under seven degree programmes. About Teaching Courses: Veerashaiva College offers a wide range of teaching programmes in arts, commerce, science, undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

The undergraduate programmes include specials in BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBM, BCA Joint combinations on the other hand include various combinations in BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBM, and BCA The postgraduate courses offered are M.Sc in Chemistry, Zoology and Physics and M.Com with specialisation in Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management.
