Vidya Rattan College for Women, Sangru is an affiliated college of Punjab, India and it was established in 2015. This women only institute stands on a thirty nine acres grounds in Khokhar Sangrur. The college provides an assortment of 12 courses in the 8 degree programmes that blend with different learning areas. For a total number of students is 694 and faculty strength of 37, the college maintains proper student teaching ratio. Vidya Rattan College for Women offers only full time programmes comprising Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer Applications and Education at Undergraduate as well as Postgraduate levels.

Vidya Rattan College for Women is endowed with a fleet of facilities that aid learning and the development of a student. This campus has a very functional library system and there are many books that learners can read in their areas of interest. However, to meet up to the today’s education requirements, the college provides wireless connectivity and strong support to Information Technology. Food is availed in the college through a cafeteria while first aid facilities are available from a health centre located within the college. There were facilities for sporting activities, and there is a hostel for the females who wish to live in the school. The college also hosts wardrobe facilities for guest faculty and students’ family members.

Vidya Rattan College for Women has a total of 12 programmes all of which are full time courses. They include BA, B.Sc Non Medical, BCA, B.Com and BA Physical Education, B.A. B. Ed, and B.Sc. B. Ed (Medical and Non Medical) and other post graduate classes like M.Sc. IT, M.A in Punjabi, Political Science and History, and M.Sc. in Information Technology. The college has an overall approved admission quota of 694 in all courses offered, which show that the college has intent of offering quality education to many women in the region.
