Vidyawardhini Sabha's Arts Commerce and Science College, Dhule was established in 1966. This is an affiliated college of the NAAC accredited group. The college is located at Dhule, Maharashtra. Arts, commerce and science streams are available in this college offering various programmes. It has an aggregate enrolment strength of 1,621 students along with a faculty of 29 across a sprawling campus that spans over 12.18 acres. The institution is offering as many as 13 courses under 5 different degrees to cater to diverse academic interests and career aspirations. 

Vidyawardhini Sabha's Arts Commerce and Science College believes that learning is its core function, it pays prime importance to providing a healthy learning environment with modern facilities to assist the students in their academic and personal development. The campus houses well equipped laboratories for practical learning, a state of the art library that contains over 69,000 books and 65 periodicals, and advanced IT infrastructure to facilitate the system of digital learning. As a care for the physical well-being of its students, the college boasts of a fully equipped gymnasium and vast sports facilities, including grounds for football, volleyball, lawn tennis, and cricket. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls thus provide a home away from home to out-station students. 

The college currently runs over a dozen academic programmes in the areas of Arts Commerce, and Science under Vidyawardhini Sabha. It presently offers full-time undergraduate courses in BA, B.Com, and B.Sc. Besides, there are postgraduate courses of MA with subjects like English, Marathi, Hindi, political science, history, mass communications and journalism, and M.Com. In addition to these, the institute offers some courses like MA Journalism and MA English Self Finance on account of specific career goals of the students.
