The deemed Vijaya Raje Government Girls PG College Gwalior often abbreviated as VRG Gwalior is one of the well-renowned top women’s only college for higher learning. This affiliated college was set up in 1963 and is located in Gwalior – Madhya Pradesh. Situated in a sprawling 4.94 acre campus, VRG was nurturing the future women leaders of India from past 5 decades comparatively. The college has also been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council [NAAC] to support quality education being offered at the college. Across 7 degree programmes, the VRG Gwalior enrols 5,692 students and has a member-ship of 37 faculty Centred around 23 courses, academic interests and career goals are well-covered.

Vijaya Raje Government Girls PG College owns an assortment of conduits intended to augment the learning process and personal growth of the learners. The University Library equipped with a spacious area measuring approximately 950 sq. measuring is located on the ground floor of the old building and contains a well classified stocks of books and other research materials. For the sports lover VRG Gwalior offers the sports like Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Other games indoor & outdoor. The institution also boasts of a central computer laboratory with broadband connections so that the students can show awareness in the area of technology. There is a canteen for preparation of food for both staff and students The students are able to get practical lessons in various sciences from well equipped laboratories. A few of the facilities available to students include adequate parking space, a girls’ hostel, a gym and Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the college.
