VIVA College of Law Palghar was established in the year 2019 and therefore is one of the new generation Law Schools in India. Located in Virar(W), Palghar distt. of Maharashtra, It is affiliated college and has carved niche for itself in a very short span of time in providing education in Law. Affiliated to the Bar Council of India BCI, VIVA College of Law has been established in a compact 0.5 acre area with two comprehensive law programs. It offers personalized and rigorous training to its learners as it currently has a total of 60 students and faculty of 2 members.
This college has dwelling places that were established with the intention of upbeat the experience of students as well as supporting learning activities. The library is central to the provision of legal gazettes and other materials as well as legal research and study.

The main mode of entry to VIVA College of Law is through the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test – Law (MHCET Law). Being a state level, this entrance exam is one of the most important for those that want to enter the college as law students. Aspirants are requested to refer the entrance exam sections and keep themselves updated on the MHCET Law exam dates. Currently, there is limited information available on scholarships for VIVA College of Law but visiting various government and private organizations for scholarships might be of usefulness to students. This is still a young institution, therefore developing a strong alumni base is still in its developmental stage in VIVA College of Law. However, the college should aim at training effective legal professional to practice in the law for the coming years.
