- Moreover, you can get the Executive Development Program in HR Analytics certificate of completion after fulfilling the attendance requirement of 75%, clearing all due fees, making necessary experiential assignment submissions, and submitting projects. If you don’t pass as per the evaluation criteria but have the essential attendance (of 75%), you can secure a certificate of participation.
