Eligibility Criteria

  • For the HR Analytics certification course, Indian participants must be diploma holders with 10+2+3 or graduates as 10+2+3 from a UGC/ DEC/ AICTE/ State Government/AIU recognised university from any academic discipline. International participants should be graduates or have an equivalent degree from a recognised educational institution or university from their respective countries.
  • You don’t need any prior knowledge of Mathematics or Statistics. Besides, HR professionals must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the HR domain. However, non-HR professionals require at least 5 years of work experience (overall) for enrolment.
  • Moreover, you can get the Executive Development Program in HR Analytics certificate of completion after fulfilling the attendance requirement of 75%, clearing all due fees, making necessary experiential assignment submissions, and submitting projects. If you don’t pass as per the evaluation criteria but have the essential attendance (of 75%), you can secure a certificate of participation.
  • For passing the evaluation criteria, you must complete periodic evaluations built-in throughout the training. You may be required to finish experiential assignments, quizzes, case studies, projects, or other subjective/objective assessments.
