Eligibility Criteria
For Indian Participants:

Certification Qualification Details

- After completion of the application filling up process, the participant needs to go to the payment section to pay the course fee.
- In case of offline payment, the participant is required to send Demand Draft/Pay Order with the fee amount mentioned in it. The participant needs to make sure that the Demand Draft/Pay Order is favoured to “XLRI Jamshedpur” payable at Jamshedpur.
- The participant has to mention his/her name, course name and contact number at the back of the Demand Draft/Pay Order.
- In case of online payment, the participant needs to make sure that the Debit card/Credit card is alongside while filling up the firm.

Evaluation process
The EDP-SPM course doesn't conduct any exams to evaluate the participants. They evaluate the participants on a daily basis by asking them to perform different activities and tasks such as quiz, assignments, projects and subjective/objective assessments in relation to the course. Faculty gives feedback regarding these activities. The participant also needs to achieve a minimum attendance criterion. After completing all the tasks mentioned above, the participant is awarded a certificate.
