Eligibility Criteria
In order to pursue the online PGDHRM course from XLRI Jamshedpur, aspirants must satisfy the eligibility criteria defined by the institute for the course. As per the eligibility norms
Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree from any University/ Institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

The Syllabus
The online PGDM in HR Management syllabus at XLRI Jamshedpur is structured over six terms spanning two years. The first year involves 384 scheduled teaching hours with 41.25 credits while the second year contains 363 scheduled teaching hours with 38.75 hours. The course curriculum includes 747 hours of basic and advanced courses across terms one to six. Besides this, students are required to spend 210 hours at the group level to attend Flexible Interactive Hours (FIH) to complete class assignments and activities, experiential exercises, application exercises, simulations, solving a case in groups, and working on a project as per the course outline.
