Yashwantrao Chavan Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Maharashtra and was established in the year of 2015. This is the affiliated college recognised by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) and specifically focusing on Ayurvedic education and health care. Spread over 5 acres of land, YCMDC provides a 5½ year program of BAMS. The college offers a total of 400 students’ intake along with faculties strength of 68, and it offers the right ambiance of learning Ayurvedic medicine. YCM is the associate of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik which makes commitment to satisfy the stringent academic standard.

YCAMC offers a single full-time course: The BAMS stands for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery; This is a five and half years course where one is full trained in Ayurvedic principles and practices. The college has been approved to admit 100 students for this program due to its policy of ensuring small Co classes to enhance quality delivery of programs. Lack of definite graduation data of the current academic year means that it cannot be compared with the previous one; nevertheless the enrollment of 400 students in different years speaks about faculty’s stability.
