The Yuveraj Dutta PG College was set up in the year 1949 and is affiliated with it. It is located in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, and has 12 courses on offer for which the variety of 7 degree programs is spread across. From all the three streams, the total enrolment of the students comes to 5,949, having 34 faculties to bestow upon all. The college has a sprawling 29-acre campus. The institute runs both undergraduate and postgraduate programs to cater to the academic interest of many.

Yuveraj Dutta PG College offers a total of 12 courses, all of which are full-time programs. These courses are offered across the streams of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Education at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The sanctioned student intake across all courses totals 2,830 with the highest intakes in BA and B.Sc. programs of 1,320 and 600 seats, respectively.

Admission at Yuveraj Dutta PG College is primarily based on merit. For most of the courses, including BA, B.Com, B.Sc, and various MA programs, admissions are based on an admission merit list prepared on marks obtained in the last qualifying examination. The process for the B.Ed program is a bit unique. Whereas marking the merit for a B.Ed program, while taking the marks of last qualifying examination into due consideration, marks in any entrance examination will also be reckoned as per the policies and directions from state government and university.
